Application
Interested candidates can submit their applications through our website or job portals like LinkedIn with their resumes and portfolio.

Screening
Our recruitment team will screen the applications based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and portfolio. Shortlisted candidates will receive a call and email invitation for the next step in the process.

Technical Interviews
The technical interviews consist of 2 to 3 rounds depending on the needs and requirements and these interviews will be conducted by our senior developers or team leads of the concerned department. Candidates will be tested on their design skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. The interview will be conducted in person or remotely, depending on the candidate's location.

HR Interviews
The HR interview will be conducted to assess the candidate's fit with our company culture, values, and work ethics. Candidates will be asked about their career goals, strengths, and weaknesses. This interview will also provide an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions about the company and the position.

Onboarding
Once the candidate has been offered the position and accepted, our HR team will facilitate the onboarding process. This includes signing the offer letter, providing relevant information about the company policies and benefits, and introducing the new employee to their team and the company's culture.
