PROJECT REQUIREMENT

Knowlej aimed to create an AI-powered platform with new features to simplify assignment creation, track attendance, and enhance engagement through rewards.

AI-powered tools need to be developed for creating assignments and quizzes tailored to specific grades and difficulty levels.
Implementing a comprehensive attendance tracking system to streamline student management and improve school organization.
The client required implementing role-based access control (RBAC) for four distinct roles. They also demanded a reward-based challenge feature to boost student engagement and participation.

OUR APPROACH

OCloud Solutions used a strategic approach with agile methodology and modern technologies for efficient platform development.

Backend & Database

We use Node.js and PostgreSQL in the backend to deliver fast performance, reliability, and the ability to handle complex data management efficiently.

Frontend & APIs

Next.js is used to create a dynamic and intuitive user interface that enhances user interaction. Furthermore, REST APIs ensure that data flows smoothly between the backend and frontend.

User Roles

Role-based access control (RBAC) is implemented to ensure secure access, allowing Admin, School Admin, Staff, and Students to perform tasks based on their roles.

Additionally, user management, attendance tracking, challenges, and other features were added to improve the overall project.
