• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, etc.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of other freelancing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow business through Upwork by bidding on relevant projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Write customized, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Communicate with international clients via Upwork chat and calls.
• Maintain and optimize the Upwork profile, job success score, and ratings.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement understanding.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
