Job description:

OCloud Solutions is currently hiring for a Data Engineer position. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore.

The role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, managing cloud-based data platforms, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You’ll work with large datasets, build ETL/ELT workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to developing analytical and predictive solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
• Work with data warehouses and cloud-based data lakes
• Develop predictive and statistical models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
• Analyze and optimize data workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift
• Knowledge of Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster is a plus
